"WLANNet",a Wi-Fi internet is freely provided for passengers for 1 hour in the area behind passport control counters, inside the concourse. Passengers are able to log in their notebooks for sending or checking their e-mails or search for any information they need while waiting for boarding.
Passengers can ask for service by showing their passports/boarding passes for free Wi-Fi User at Airport Information counters on the second and on the fourth floors at the cross section areas inside the concourses on both wings. |
| Steps of Operating |
1. Choose SSID:SVB and connect
2. Turn on internet browser, the log in page will appear automatically
3. Fill in username/password on the logged in page, then connection to
internet is instantly made |
NOTE: Free Wi-Fi User can be used only for 1 hour and will be expired within
a day counted from the first log in. |

| Free Internet Service |
126 internet kiosks giving free services to passengers are installed in hold rooms and busgate areas of both international and domestic by having 2 kiosks installed in each room.
Passengers can use services of 10 Mbps hi-sped internet in sending and checking their e-mails or searching information they need for 15 minutes a time without paying any charge When the time is over, the system will automatically log out; however, passengers can continue using by logging in again.

| Transfer Passenger Lounges |
| The lounges are located on the third floor of concourses B and D (on the west side), equipped with able - to - be - adjusted upholstered chairs for transfer passengers relaxation while waiting for boarding. Television with interesting programs of news and enterainment are also provided for them

| The place where kids can amuse themselves while waiting for boarding are located near the transfer passenger lounges.

Inbound and outbound passengers, who needspecial wheelchair service at Suvarnabhumi Airport for the elder and sick person, can contact for getting the service at the airline, which they are using.
